The latest unveiling of SOULed OUT\u2019s menu of hot-off-the-grill premium meats and seafood has everything you need to kick back and immerse yourself in a dining experience like no other.
\nThis exclusive #ChillnGrill menu promises to impress by delivering only the freshest, most seasonal produce as well as a selection of sides, sauces and dips to accompany each dish which is not available on the ala carte menu. Meat lovers can dig into succulent cuts of air-flown Black Angus Striploin, Baby Tomahawk, Rack of Lamb and Whole Chicken Leg while seafood aficionados can zero in on freshly caught and grilled to perfection Tiger Prawns and Barramundi. It would be totally understandable if you can\u2019t decide which plate to go with so why not have a bit of both and go for a mixed grill?
\nEach dish in the #ChillnGrill menu comes with a selection of sides like baby spinach with cranberries, mixed mushrooms, garlic mash potatoes, Belgian fries, parmesan broccoli and garden salad. On top of that, you get to choose a sauce and a dip to complement your choice of meat or seafood with even more flavour and zest. Allow the attentive staff to recommend the perfect sauce for your order from a checklist that includes Sauce Diane, Three Trumpet Sauce, Rosemary Jus, Smoked Peppercorn and Crepes Jus, and for your dip, a choice of Smoked Bacon, Chimichurri, Chermoula and Herb Mustard.
