The kitchen’s team had a training with a well-known Chef from Kota Padang, West Sumatra. Thank you to Chef Dian Anugrah for the
contribution to our confidence to serve our best & to share with everyone!

They serve only our best dishes, always freshly cooked with fresh ingredients, always hot & nothing goes to waste. The restaurant is designed for a contemporary Indo-Fusion concept yet

still maintaining the authenticity in our recipe & keeping a cozy, traditional ambience. The lights are dimmed to make you a little more hungry & always ready for any celebration you would like to have here at Palma.

The owner has been working side-by-side since the beginning with our in-house chef, using only local ingredients from scratch with our own technique & methods. Together with the other team & partners that has made it all happened. <3
