Firstly a Sparkling Extra Brut Trapiche wine, intense greenish-yellow colour. Typical chardonnay aromas of apples and pineapples combined with those resulting from the contact with the lees, such as toasted bread, it presents high volume in the mouth from the Semillon and the touch of Malbec , Price RM227.

White wine Trapiche Sauvignon-Blanc , Bright, clear yellow colour with lemon green hues. Fresh aromas of grape fruits and asparagus. Dry taste and pleasant acidity. Price RM87.

The list of red wine must try are Trapiche Oak Cast Merlot, very affordable easy to drinks wine. Sweet raspberries and plum aroma. Smoky with elegent touch of Vanilla.
Move up a notch, Trapiche Broquel Malbec is intense purple red colour with ruby hues, Aromas of fresh red and black fruits, floral notes, earthy minerals with an elegant touch of smoke. Rich and spicy on the palate providing along and pleasant finish full bodied taste Price RM120.
Third is a Trapiche Malbec single vineyard, a Malbec deep red-garnet colour displaying aromas of red fruit such as Morello cherries and intense balsamic notes reminiscent of mint and fresh herbs. Foulth and my ideal wine Trapiche Iscay (Malbec & Cabernat-Franc) a deep purple red colour with aromas of violet, ripe red fruits, a slight touch of spices and generous tannins. Cabernat-franc contribute black fruit. A balsamic hint and tannins that structure the middle of the mouth. A flavourful wine with great concentration, elegance, complexity and pure finish. Our wine dinner feature the above 3 types of red wine and a Brut non vintage sparkling white.
The dining began with Amuse- Baked escargot in Filo with red wine Beurre blanc.
Starter- Warm seafood on pomelo salsa infused with Kaffir lime, both is a great pairing to flavor the mouth before the big main course serving of slow cooked Australian beef short ribs. The other choice are red Snapper filler with tomato and Mussel stew. The beef were a delight to pair with the higher premium price Trapiche Manos Malbec 2013 which were finally served. Another red wine Trapiche Iscay Malbec & Cab- Sauvignon 2012, also served.

6 hours of winning and dining nearly brought the whole roof down as the saying goes. Vinz wine bar just beside Vino-Vino Bistro were also the place to wine down your evening with clients and friends as they open as the early hours venue for the wine tasting session.
